Smoothie Dos and Don'ts
Smoothies are a great way to get your daily nutrients, but there are some things you should know! Read on to learn all my dos and don'ts when it comes to smoothies!
Lisa Loves Legally Lean® Green Smoothie
2 -3 cups spinach (or other greens your choice!)
¾ cup frozen or fresh organic blueberries
1 cup Good Karma Flaxmilk, unsweetened vanilla
1oz wheatgrass juice, grow your own!
1 scoop protein powder
You can use other greens like kale and other organic frozen fruits like mango, mixed berries, jackfruit, dragon fruit, your choice. You can add your favorite powder supplements!
