Ingredients: 6 oz. pork chop with bone 1 tsp. parsley, chopped 1 tsp. rosemary, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 Tbls. Dijon Mustard ½ tsp. honey 1 Tbls. red wine 1 tsp. olive oil Organic olive oil cooking spray Salt and pepper to taste Method: 1. Salt and pepper pork chop. Spray with organic oil spray slightly. 2. Brown chop on both sides-remove from pan 3. Mix together herbs, mustard, honey and red wine 4. Baste Chop in Mixture and finish until desired doneness. Leave a Reply. |
